Monitor Processes
The are two way of searching Bpm Process Instances here:
- By Process Id.
- By the value of a field in a form.
1- Process Id to search
Enter the process id here for a fast search.
2- Application combo to search
The Application combo is used for search at field value level.
3- Click here to apply the search
4- Process list of the search result
The list of Bpm Process Instances that comply with the search criteria.
5- Application combo
When an application is selected the Process Definition combo will be populated with the Bpm Process Definitions that belong to the selected Application.
6- Process Definition combo
When a Bpm Process Definition is selected the Form Definition combo is populated with the all Forms of the selected Bpm Process.
7- Form Definition combo
When a Form Definition is selected the Field combo is populated with all Fields of the selected Form.
8- Form Field combo
When a Field is selected one or two text edit are created to enter values to search of the selected field.
Boolean | String - only one text edit to search the exact value.
Number | Date | Time | TimeStamp - two text edit to search by range</font>
9- Field Value to search
Enter here the value to search.
10- Click here to apply the search
Click here to perform the search.
11- Range lower value
Enter the lower value of the range to search.
12- Range bigger value
Enter the bigger value of the range to search.
13- Bpm Processes List
The list of Bpm Process Instances that comply with the search criteria.
14- Selected Bpm Process Instance
Click a Bpm Process instance to select.
15- Tasks of selected process
List of finished tasks of the selected process
