When a user click "Publish" button inside Form Builder the form is available to enter data. Orbeon popup a dialog to select the version of the form definition. The user can override the current version or create a new version.
After selecting the form version Orbeon finally popup a dialog with two links. The first one is for the Form Summary (summary link) and the second to create a new instance of the Form (new link).
